Well done Catty, just choices.. ended up allowing my smoking family to smoke my wee safe cache when they had run out.. mind you.. think they were outta date by then lol.

Och Sunny is okay.. not the right time for you.. plan now to stop smoking in ..och I dunno 6wks time….set date ….plan from now till your stop date….em 3mnths away or 6 if you want. Don’t stop now.. just prepare to stop when you set date. Good luck xxxx
Em sunny .. I have another problem..I am now trying to pmsl.. stop chewing nicotine gum………..eeeek… is soooo not easy. Halved chewing intake today with great difficulty. :roll:

Gawd you must just be really strong willed Dawny..I still want a fag and has now been months since I stopped. The feelings of craving a ciggy are less and not as strong but I have some moments and they ain’t abating when I could tear a fag from the person standing or sitting next to me.
Foxy well done…..good luck when you stop patches..you can do it..and you don’t want to go back the way and start burning that braw pink tutu with dropping fag ash :lol: .. em pink tutu’s and ciggies sort of don’t go anyways…mwah.
Well done Paddy and good luck at marathon, dunno what the north run is but good luck there as well. Hands paddy a medal just for being brave enough to think about running a marathon.
