yes its an idea and maybe now they need one here in england also it sickens me to my very core im always shocked by what happens to these poor babys probably because it goes far beyond normal ppls reckoning
cath it never fails too shock me there was one on the regional news yesterday as well were he had filmed the abuse on his mobile phone …i cry everytimes i read or hear this.
