Tilt and Shift is all about selective focusing which means blurring certain parts of the image to draw attention to the focal area. It’s a creative and artistic look that won’t appeal to everyone.

it appeals……..i get the effectiveness i think its just my spex……..as i look at the part thats in focus my brain is telling me to sort the blur out and so my eyes want to move away from what i’m trying to look at……if i take my spex off the whole world is a blur :lol:
