I am unable to log into chat.
It says “A problem with this web page has caused Internet Explorer to close ths page”
When I click on more information is says ” When a website causes a failure or crash, Internet Explorer attempts to restore the site. It stops after two tries to avoid an endless loop”
I have cleared my cookies made sure java is up to date but can still only log onto the boards.
Any ideas please?????
Have you tried to get in using another browser such as Mozilla Firefox ?

termy have you downloaded any new updates… same thing happened to me and it was the newest version of explorer(think its explorer8) anyway I took my puter back to before it was loaded.. and it was OK… I think cat-woman had the same problem
Sugar still doesnt work with firefox but thanks for the suggestions anyway xx

I had explorer 8 Mrs Teapot so I tried updating to 9 and it seems neither of them work!!!
Maybe just time to give up lol

I just had to do a system restore as I had a corrupt file C eeekkkk !!

Actually Termy yes thats what messed me up too….there is a function that takes you back to where your computer worked…..tuts… where is gaz when you need him! Maybe Catwoman will see this and comment :D
Have you tried turning the computer off then back on again :D
Is it just today you have been having the problem ?
If its happening with both firefox and ie then it doesnt look like its a browser problem so have you fiddled with your security settings lately ? does java work on other sites ? Somtimes if ie is having a bit of a meltdown then I reset it back to its default and that works.i have ie9 by the way and it works fine in jc but on another site I use it closes down the browser until i disable the sites shoutbox . It also wont work with Tescos site for me for some reason but I am able to get access to them all without a problem with firefox so its a mystery.
