I watched the recent programmes on tv with celebrities male and female doing the full monty and in one of the clips someone said that we should dance and enjoy life even if it is in public.
Cancer has touched us all, my mum had it and needed her kidney removed, my father was being treated with prostrate cancer going through chemo before he died of a massive heart attack that I couldn’t resusistate him back to life with.
flash mobs with people dancing can lighten really bad situations. the person on the tv said that we should all just dance about and enjoy life and not care about what other people think.
I do that, I dance about all the time to my earphones and I jiggle to the shop and no its not about being ‘attention seeking’ its about enjoying your music and not caring about what anyone thinks. no one knows me here in Cambridge but even in London I do the same thing. regardless if I am sober or drunk I dance about with my music in my ears and I make everything I do fun every single chore. I think the man on the tv was right, we need to just be ourselves and let go worrying about people think, I realised a long time ago that embarrassment means nothing, ive been cut out of my clothes, forced to endure the worse things in life nearly died but at the end of the day these awful things just make you strong and make you relate to others when so many wont get it.
Be free, like I am, don’t worry about looking stupid or silly.
Putting your music on your earphones and having a good boogie round the shop is so much fun.
Forget what people think, just enjoy being free x no one matters but you x

Karma Alfie, it comes to us all, even you.

The Indian concept of Karma is as irrelevant to me as the Catholic concept of Confession, or the Islamic concept of Fasting.
Happy Easter x
