What is with these Footballer Parties? Some bint always seems to cry Rape. Watch this case be dismissed along with all the others that have been dismissed.

Maybe they should throw the women that are making all these accusations in Prison for wasting Police time, and causing distress to the Footballers, and their familes.
If that happened maybe you would’nt see this kind of accusation every year.

Your a bit quick to judge but going on past accusations I think I make you right.

Then again his more famous collegues should have kept him under their wing as they are probably more than aware of what can happen in hotels after a drunken night.

correct me if im wrong. but isnt the woman in question [this time] in her late 20s ? if so, im suprised she didnt eat the lad alive. i mean. if the lad were a strapping rugby player with intent on rape. then, there may be a case. but from what ive seen on tv hes a 19 year old kid. bareley old enough to buy a pint yet alone trap a woman in a room and rape her. im not saying rape doesnt happen. and im not saying that mistakes arent made. but this story stinks to high heaven to me. its about time the teams had male only parties if, either they cant help themselves raping every woman at the event, or as i suspect, they invite the brassiest slappers they can find to do the lads a turn. [and yes i mean a turn] either that or they should invite team players mums as well. utterly pathetic. and if it turns out this woman is going for the celebrity money she should be locked up for a rape sentence to show other slappers to stay away or keep their legs and their beautifully made up gobs shut.
tarts like these give rape [real rape] victims no credence whatever and while this keeps happening the vast majority of footy fans and followars will continue to see young women as nothing but easy lays and whores, and who can blame them when they behave like pole dancers on acid.

Seems to be a good career move for the player as well. I read somewhere, think it was the following day, that the Manchester United ‘star’ was also an international. Not sure exactly when that happened but if that’s the sign of things to come under Capello, Lee Hughes caused death by dangerous driving so he must be in line for the captaincy.

Don’t quite follow that logic. In my book, the term international – footballing wise – refers to someone who has played or does play for their country. Not someone from a different country to mine.

By that logic you could say that every footballer the world over is an international, even Sunday league footballers.

….. so – back to the allegation of rape for a moment. What if it were actually true?????

This 19 year old footballer was high on the spirit of the occasion; he was formally arrested; he was questioned by Police for many many hours over the allegation; to date the female has NOT withdrawn her accusation. Seems like a whole load of resource has been thrown at this complaint of rape which probably implies that the Police are taking it seriously.

All the woman has to do is a) to make a statement saying that an act of sexual intercourse took place, b) allege that this young lad was the male that did it with her and c) that he did so without her consent.

He on the other hand has to ‘prove that either a) sexual intercourse did NOT take place or b) if it did, then she gave her full consent.

So I wonder why it is that so far, everybody is quick to defend this guy and make slanderous accusations against his alleged victim. What if she was raped – how must SHE feel about it???

Maybe a bit more support for the alleged victime here would be more appropriate !!!!

Yep – some folk should hang their heads in shame.

Dont be so naive, a 19 year old lad is perfectly capable of rape, regardless of the age of the woman involved. You have painted him as a helpless child, he’s a grown man for gods sake!

How dare you call her a tart! You dont know the facts behind this case, for all we know, she could be telling the truth. Just because someone cried rape in a similar incident a while ago does NOT mean that this is what happened here.

If its not bad enough that this is all over the news, there are small minded people like you who already have her labelled as a slapper before the facts have been gathered and made public. You should be ashamed.

If i was a women and i spent all night with a load of famous footballers at their private party spending their money and drinking their drink, then they asked me if i wana go up to their room. i would have to be really stupid to think i’m going up there for a game of scrabble. I’m not for one moment saying any women “ask’s for it” but for god’s sake footballers have hardly got a good reputation.

So what you’re saying is, if a man buys a woman a drink, he has the right to take something in return, whether she likes it or not. After all, she owe’s him something now, does’nt she???

Women should’nt expect anything less than a pathetic excuse like this from a Neanderthal like yourself eh
