No, I have never had a ceiling fall on my head.. not that I can remember anyway. Jeeze cosy, what a palaver, hopefully the Landlord was insured. and can get you all your worldlys back. Ya read that much about crap landlords nowadays, and how they are allowed to get away with it, sickens my erse.
Get him to put you up in a decent, pet friendly hotel with Internet access.

Never had a ceiling fall on my head but was once in a kitchen in a bungalow and the divvy who was working in the loft fell through the ceiling, lucky foooka managed to land on his feet.

well its not turning out that bad,new carpet,walls painted,couch is coming this morning ive told them if its a 2 seater I will throw it out the window,im to tall for a 2 seater,nothing worse than watching tv with your legs dangling over the side
