Cherry Clafoutis for dessert today…
Method.
Grease an oven proof dish with butter or margarine. Sprinkle 1 TBLS of granulated sugar on the dish.. Add the stoned cherries. .
Make up a batter with the following ingredients. .
4 x Eggs
100 gr.. Sugar
Pinch of salt
100gr..Plain flour
Half a teaspoon of vanilla essence
Half a teaspoon of Almond Essence
240 ml.. milk
2 TBLS..Melted butter…30gr
Whisk all together to a smooth batter and pour over the cherries..
Bake for 40 / 45 minutes at 180 %…

Cream sauce..
2 cups white wine. Cup of mayonnaise mixed in with can of cream of mushroom soup…mix all 3 together well. I love mushrooms so I fry cook fresh quick in stick of butter and add… Layer sauce on top of chicken and broccoli. Add shredded yellow sharp cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees. Cheese melts good..
Serve with salad and garlic bread. Excellent. Xx
