26 June, 2007 at 6:06 am #274374Rubes your posts made me laugh so much lol and yeah thanks for that EJ after reading it I’m wondering how they will determine the date of the fur if the the legislation applies to animals killed after 1994 and how will anyone be able to prove when and if the animal was killed lawfully..is it just me or is this totally insane? How much will it cost and does it apply to fur coats?
Reading it again yes it does:
“The regulations require anyone who owns any part of a protected animal to obtain a licence.”
What about stuffed animals and handbags.. it’s never ending. Although, hopefully nobody has a handbag made of hedgehog!
