Does this bit in bold confuse you? Is that why you edited it out? Or maybe it just doesn’t suit your argument.

Technically as in using the commmon definition agreed between the various bodies to ensure a common understanding.

The sad thing is I do think you are reasonably intelligent, it’s a shame you can’t seem to apply common sense alongside that intelligence and do something with it, you could actually make a difference in the world.

Oh i do my small bit, what you see posted on this board means absolutely nothing, with the exception of what each of us percieve it to be !
A tax is a tax…A light is a light… Nothing can make it not what it is…And thats good enough for me. You seem inteligent enough also, why on earth you try to change what is fact, i will never know !

I take it back, you are not reasonably intelligent at all. An intelligent person would be able to hold a conversation without resorting to demeaning or belittling others and constantly looking for point-scoring and someone or something to push against; they would be able to consider what others said and put some form of rational consideration to it; they would also be able to grasp what was commonly accepted use of the English language.

    Jog on.
