People involved in a horrific disaster sleeping rough on “tennis courts” outside, in one of the world wealthiest boroughs and in an area chockablock full of “boutique” hotels. He said this, she said that. *very angry face*
Whats lacking there is compassion….humanity
You can be rich as hell and be lacking compassion or poor as hell and lacking…..but being poor and lacking compassion and humanity is not seen as OK compared to the opposite as is often the case

I don’t agree with everything Angel says, but this strikes me as good sense, especially the last paragraph. people should learn to use the boards too – you’ve no need to respond to every personal attack. if it gets too much, then there are ways of handling that, too.
Yes but like I said in another thread where I said Linda whats her face isn’t all she says she is…..sometimes you just have to bite/reply
With age and experience most of us learn to back off without seeing it as giving in

yes but you’ve got to understand linda is very very busy,she has 12 hungry Bulgarian students to feed,thats why she doesn’t stay long

Some people want to grow up & use there bloody ignore button. We’re all supposed to be adults in here.
It’s the same names all the time involved in the shyte slinging of a personal nature. Some have a very selective memory too.
I have witnessed many a vile chat / accusation being typed in the room & really …. do you have nothing better to do than bicker like children? The band waggoners that chip in are just as bad.
You can ban til your hearts content but it has been proved several time a new name is registered & off it goes again.

Arc the trouble is, no one will ever use the iggy button, in case they miss something. They complain and moan, on and on and on, but nothing will change because they wont help themselves.
You wanna bet ? I frequently use it & know other that do … I come in for a natter & a laugh.
Not to watch the same convo going round & round year after year. YES years.
You are right those that really need too don’t.
There are very few people I dislike but I really cba to whatch the almost daily slanging matches.
Perhaps negative attention is better than no attention at all . Who knows ? …. I don’t for sure .
Why blame admin though …. we are all masters of our own destiny.

Poor people who take out their frustration by becoming radicalised and blowing up and killing ordinary Brits have no mercy.
The rich are better at hiding their sins, and when found out are good at paying to hide their sins. Think of the wars fought in the pat 15 years!
Think of Blair’s advice to News of the World editor, Rebekah brooks back in 2012 over the phone-tapping of Milly Dowler’s phone (remember Milly, the murdered schoolgirl)?
I’m glad residents of Grenfell Tower in Kensington have stormed the council chamber demanding shelter. A public disgrace, the attitude of the council!
