jeez, hopefully.
Otherwise it would be like ‘Wiki’ leaning over your shoulder with all the correct answers all the time ?
And with a dictionary and ‘Board Police ‘ badge thrust continually in your face ?11 October, 2012 at 10:26 pm #512592@toybulldog wrote:

12 October, 2012 at 7:35 am #512594Good point Tiffany…and I agree… in the case of Madeline and Ben Needham its widely acknowledged they may well still be alive … so why the difference here? I’m sure her parents are still clinging to that hope too… so sad.
Have to say tiff I have given up hope she is alive though…… this will be the last post with the pink ribbon under my name which was the symbol of hope in the village where she lived… I feel sad taking it down :(

In Britain, you can be charged if no body has been found – if it can be proved that a body was disposed of.
Not sure if it’s the same in America, I think their’s their courts that require tangible evidence of murder, such as a body.
