Well that’s what I read on the Ladies Room wall
Of course you men are entitled to your own opinion. That being said I think you are very wrong. It’s up to both parents to raise children. Maybe if a mother can’t be there for something, then the father should step up. There are also a lot of single mothers out there taking care of their children. Do you honestly believe that she should not get paid equally for taking care of her children as a man who takes care of his? Personally, I was raised by a single mother who had to work twice as hard because to make ends meet. If she were a man, perhaps she could had a one job and be home at regular hours.
I have chosen to stay home and raise my kids. When they are in school, I will return to the workforce. It is possible to have both a career and be a good mother. If I ever have girls one day, I’m not going to tell them ‘your not worth financially as much as a boy’. I would never lie and tell her ‘stay home and have babies’. Every person deserves to follow the path that’s right for them, regardless of gender.27 August, 2007 at 3:08 pm #42876Come on Get Happy – The Partridge Family

22 August, 2007 at 5:19 pm #284276So funny that I just had this conversation with my husband two days ago. We were with his friends in the city and every time I walked out of some place, behind his friend, he NEVER held the door so I could grab it. It always smacked me in the face (figure of speech). I didn’t really care, but it was funny to me because it was so obvious. Like a running joke with myself that day. My husband holds the door and his other friend held the door, but the one having trouble holding onto a relationship didn’t hold the door. Coincidence? :-k I think not!
BTW – I always hold the door for everyone, it’s more about respect I think than chivalry.22 August, 2007 at 5:12 pm #282423Sorry if I repeat something that somebody has already pointed out, but I don’t have much time and there are quiet a few long winded people on here  . Short and sweet, it comes down to choices. A woman has the right to choose whatever outfit she decides to wear. A woman also has the right to choose who she would like to have sex with. It is not up to anybody to say that that because you choose that outfit you also choose the sex option. Woman like attention – So what? People like to be desired. Some people do it threw conversation and some use wardrobe. Some people work their butt off to get in great shape so they may like to show their accomplishment off. But, if I’m walking to my car at night, after being a bar and I’m alone and perhaps there is a car full of guys parked right next to my car, I’ll be damned if I don’t have a bouncer make sure I get in my care safely. Which is what happened on Saturday night. It’s not so much your own actions (choosing you outfit), it’s being aware of the danger of somebody else’s intentions.

So I knew my little man couldn’t get far in the house this morning, he is only almost 10 months old. But I was looking everywhere for him. I started to panic when I heard a little noise coming from the shower. There he was, he crawled into the shower and managed to close the curtain behind him. Damn, he’s a genius.
