so do you think it was going veggie that helped you lose the weight or did you change lifestyle as well (exercise, more sleep, drink water etc)

Just stumbled across this topic today. Recently my husband was diagnosed with dangerously high cholesterol. He’s only 31, but has a very high genetic disposition. Anyway, because of this, he’s turned vegetarian (Animal meat contains a lot of Cholesterol) – hence, I’ve turned vegetarian  . I do still eat chicken  and never have liked cow meat and to quote Samuel L. Jackson in Pulp Fiction – “I don’t dig on Swine”. So cutting meat, adding lots of vegetables and fruit, adding nuts and peanut butter for protein, regular exercise, and drinking loads of water, the pounds are melting off. My husband was over weight by about 40 lbs and I recently had a baby. We’re both loosing between 2-5 lbs a week. In about a month I should be back to my pre-baby body and he hasn’t been this thin in about 8 years.
Good Luck to you Slayer!
