I suffer from it – sometimes turn the light out, eventually at 3 or 4am – but, I do get a good 7 or 8 hours sleep. Dunno, sometimes I can fall asleep watching TV at 9 and wake up on the sofa at 4 or 5 – so, have had enough sleep. However, then I make myself stay awake during the day, well, I have to when I am teaching anyway, and make sure I go to bed early with a book, or the pattern breaks again.

Tis a bUgga though innit?!

ps. I turn the computer off, because if you do go into jc in the middle of the night it keeps you awake – just a word of advice. x
