There is a big difference between poor humour & reality. As adults should we not be able to recognise that?

You (and arc) said that people appeared to be male, on the basis of a few television shots of a few people. In fact large numbers of women and children are being drowned as they risk death to escape war. Millions upon million of people have now fled Syria, mainly to Turkey and surrounding countries – they all men??
No, that pic was relevant in the context of this thread. It was a pic about suffering, and an important one.
