Traditionally, a mountain only qualifies as a Furth if it has a drop of at least 30 metres (98 feet) on all sides.

Interestingly a mountain or top over 300 feet is called a furth or Munro top if it were located in Scotland.

Some of the country’s highest mountains  are in the North of England in the Lake District of Cumbria. Highest peak being Scafell Pike at 978m (3209 ft) and at least 3 other peaks exceed 3000 feet or 914.4 m.
