I aint sure what the England team of 1978 was, but they hadnt qualified for two World Cup’s in succession. No foreign influence to blame in those days.
You cant tell me that players like Terry, Ferdinand, Gerrard, Lampard, Rooney etc arent as good, if not better than their counterparts of the past.

Chelsea bought the title it’s that simple same as Blackburn did, except Chelsea could sustain that spending. And wheres the main spending ? The English Premiership of today is light years better than the old English 1st Division of 20 years ago thanks to the Foreign Players.
Without the Ronaldo’s, Fabreagas and Ballacks the global interest wouldn’t be as high, and Sky wouldn’t be paying the fortune they pay for the TV rights.Is the England team of today any better or worse than the England team of 30 years ago before the foreign influx. Good players will always come through to the national team.

Actors get paid according to what the film makers think starring in their pics will add to the box office takings , yeah sometimes thats a gamble, but football clubs have a finite crowd capacity and with some clubs thats smaller than others no matter what they achieve.
It isnt about the crowds its about TV and corporate money anyway, thas where the real money is generated
It’s a twist on words though. Tennis players arent working for a Company so that’s why they wont get paid if they’re sick or injured. Fooballers are working for a Company so like any working person they’ll get paid.
I wouldn’t say Tennis players work any harder than Footballers. Tennis Players dont only get paid for what they win either, they get paid progressively more for how far they progress in a Tournament, same as Golf.
The same thing could be levelled at Actors. Are they worth 10 million for 2 or 3 months work? They bring people into Cinemas though, and make the Revenue.
Aint the Footballers fault. They just grabbed a Winning Lottery Ticket. They bring the fans through the Turnstiles every week.
It must be gauling though for talented players who were born before the high wages when pi.ss average Premiership players these days can make 30 grand a week.

If you’ve never got to the point where the amount of RAM you have is a problem or a barrier then it really dosent need upgrading.
Ram an be upgraded on an existing machine. You dont need a Supercompter to surf the net. Only really need a high end machine if your a Gaming fan.
I never thought Killie would go down, injuries hampered them last season. They’ll be nowhere near the bottom, neither will Aberdeen.
It’ll be between Hamilton and St Mirren, with maybe Falkirk looming around.
