English Premier League would be a shadow of what it is now in terms of quality without Sky. The difference between the old English First Division, pre-Sky and the Premier League of today is immense in terms of quality.Three English Teams in the last 4 of the Champions League arguably wouldn’t have happened without their cash.
What’s more If Sky ever went bust, half the English League clubs would follow them under.
