How long does a turkey last in a freezer ?
(3 – 4 months …..Ed)
(BTW – she’ll get food poisoning next Christmas ….. Ed)
3-4 months?? Where do you get your turkeys from then? The ones I get from tescos will last until next Christmas. It says so on the packet so it must be true.
And I will not get food poisoning either. I shall be flapping about like I normally am as happy as a pig in doo dab. And if I do get poorly I shall blame you entirely and ring you up on Christmas day, so ner.

wouldnt a well placed nuclear missile turning the desert to glass “cure” the Middle East problem ? It’s never going to end
pete I fear that you are right. Much as we,d all love to beleive in fairy tales, and happy endings, I don,t think that out in the middle east that is gonna happen in our lifetime. The fighting just goes on and on. Do they even know what they are fighting about any more? I do wonder sometimes.
30 December, 2008 at 10:22 am #388033So has everyone finished up all that lovey left over turkey then? I,ve had turkey curry and the OH had sweet and sour turkey.
Now I,m on the lookout for cheap turkeys tescos might be selling off to go in the freezer for next Christmas. How efficient is that eh? Nowt like being prepared.

I know – it’s terrible isn’t it??
I’ve even heard of chatroom / message board users who called 999 because somebody accused them of lying. I mean how awful is that???
“You’re not ill, you’re a ****ing liar”
“Right that’s IT !!!! I’m calling the Police RIGHT NOW !!!”
Needless to say, the Police attend each and every such incident.

29 December, 2008 at 1:51 pm #388195Yes tinks I agree with you. The amount of packaging on products drives me mad. The amount of packaging on products that isn,t recyclable also drives me mad.
Why can,t my local council recycle polystyrene or bubble wrap? I have to chuck it out with the normal rubbish and it ends up on a landfill.
28 December, 2008 at 11:40 am #388100I got lots of nice body sprays which I always like to get.
I also got Ross Kemp on gangs which I,ve read already and I,ll read again. Brilliant book.
I got some ghostie books as well.
Had a toaster from mum and dad and some lovely terracotta soup bowls from my brother.
My youngest son brought me a cross and chain which I,ve got on and probably won,t take off now.
All in all I didn,t do too bad this year. Hope your poorly toof feels better pete. xx26 December, 2008 at 8:35 am #38809825 December, 2008 at 6:58 pm #388096Awww thanks pretty, and the same to you hun. I,m full of turkey and I can,t move now lol.
