Well it pays to have rows on the phone doesn,t it? After I had “words” with the useless heating company all of a sudden a different engineer thinks he has a way to sort it out as a temporary measure until Monday. So he,s coming out tomorow morning to do it.
This “part” that they actually need to fix the boiler with is coming from London and will arrive about 4 pm tomorow in their premises. It will then sit there all weekend because their engineers are too effing lazy to do a bit of overtime and come and fit it!!!!! Useless the lot of em. :evil: :evil: :evil:
This temporary fix tomorow had better work or else I,m ringing the Daily Mail……. :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:
They can,t fix it until Monday!!!!! They actually expect me to go for another 4 days with no heating and no hot water, because they have to wait for the part!!! ffs why don,t they keep spare parts on the premises??!!! I,ve done some serious complaining this morning. Bloody useless the lot of them. I,ve got 3 kids, what the hell am I supposed to do? I can,t do any washing, no one can have a bath. No heating. Useless. I,ll drive up and get the soddin part myself. FFS. :evil: :evil: :evil: :x :x :x

5 weeks Pinty??? Jesus Christ. If I have to wait 5 weeks or even 5 days, I shall be making phone calls and sending emails. Long rambling ones. I,m gonna phone them up today to see when they are coming out to fix it. (the guy turned up at 8 oclock last night!!) If they don,t say today, God help them. :evil: :evil:
