Cas I have a lot of respect for you as you know , you yourself have been the target and been wrongly attacked yourself on the boards so you know how it feels, however, the attack on Ben if it was of the magnitude that ratchett described was out of order, I understand ratchets outrage……

however, this is a clear case (on my part at least) of rushing in to defend a poster without knowing the facts but to be honest even if I had known the facts the attack to the magnitude ratchett described was deffo out of order , but maybe he should just be banned?

Cas, as far as vampy is concerned, sure there was no ‘open letter’ but a lot of us ‘stood up to be counted’ when she was being attacked by UK Pilot , we have all been atttacked but it is clear ‘ratchett’ was just taken aback by the strength of the attacks on Ben but what is clear forum 3 chatters (or some) have clearly had enough of this guy mental illness or not. maybe the kindest thing for Ben would be for him to be a boot on site (one for the administrators to work out ay)

And me yrself hun,,,,and yes your quite right that I did suffer some abuse at the hands of some of the imbesiles, some of it I found upsetting at the time, some days, others not so.

As far as Bencase is concerned, who but himself knows the real facts of anything. There are users who felt sorry for him, chatted to him in pm, only to find themselves victims of his sickness, and i’m not just talking to bi-polar disorder, if infact it exists at all.

Vampy, yes I know, many pple did stand and be counted, it was just I was trying to say that there was no ”open letter” about that, and it was equally as bad at times. I also defended Vamps but quietly,,,,I saw very little point in saying anything to Pilot, that only fuels his flames.

I suppose it could be said, then why I am putting my twopenneth in on this one. It’s because, as iv’e already said,,,,,,yesterday evening, I was in the Lobby room, and pple were chatting, having a laugh and a joke and Bencase came in,,,,,before anyone!!! had said anything to! him, someone else had said something to another user, can’t remember who now, but Ben then said,,,,,are you talking about me, and within seconds, the entire atmosphere of the room had changed and Ben had made this comment, all about himself, which it wasn’t!! Again, that was why I said that if he infact does! have this disorder and it’s to a magnitude he’s clearly exhibiting,,,,,then maybe this is the wrong place for him.

I do think though,,,,that this Ratchet person, whoever they may be, before starting to name and shame others for what they have said to Ben, should maybe also take a look at what Ben has said and / or done to them.

Like I said tho,,,iv’e seen much worse, and so have you. And again, I didn’t see all of this outrage and open letters when Pilot and his sidekick were trying to persecute Vampy. How many countless others have been the target of someones abuse, didn’t see any of these ”open letters” then,,,,and threats of reporting to authorities, police, gawd no’s who else.

If the guy genuinely suffers from the disorder then maybe its to such an extent that this isn’t the place for him. I can only say what I saw, and what I saw earlier was he came into the room, and he was deliberately baiting.

I did read the start of this thread and laff.

Bencase was in the room earlier this evening, he came in and started right away with saying someone was having a go at him,,,,,and no one had even mentioned his bloody name!! He was deliberatly baiting pple and then starting his usual rant of everyone was picking on him, bullying and intimidating him.

Frankly I didn’t see such outrage when pilot was launching his completely un-necessary and vicious attacks on Vampy,,,,,!! Pot, Kettle Black springs to mind :roll:
