thanks doa and batty will look later work soon so wont have time just now will let u know when i get back home , doa i have 7 radiatiors all run on the one thermostat, cant turn any down but can use the thermostat on the wall, dunt ferget its council doa so prob the cheapest of the cheap system, its a pressurised system? if that helps but thing is i heat the water by gas on usually an hour in the morning and an hour at night 5 days a week then on prob more or less constant over the weekend no heating been on until last wednesday and then only for an hour to take the chill off…… cooking by gas prob around at most 40 mins a day then maybe ony the oven and maybe one gas ring.

thing is sharon u need to read all the threads cos just somewhere you might find something you like , i have listened to a lot of new music, read a lot of new poems and discovered authors on here some i had never heard of , some I had never read, its only as i have gotten older i am letting in more of the ‘arts’ see thing is sharon with poetry for instance i like it cos im an incurable romantic , the song i love the most sums me up , the lovers, the dreamers and me…..

As for shakespeare, its can be really heavy going but I think a lot of his plays were equal to modern day soaps on tv, for goodness sake now many different versions of romeo and juliet have we seen on tv? Brookside, damon n debbie (some of you wont remember that lol) west side story? theres another version…. there are many more. I think i quoted the merry wives of windsor on the othello thread , dallas eat yer heart out lol …….

with the sonnets and the poems , i find some of them realy sad, and some of them really romantic, i can imagine someone wooing me with a sonnet for instance lol see told ya, the lovers the dreamers and me …… we have a great language sharon

never be afraid to take a look or comment on some of these threads sharon ur input , your take on things is just as important, I’m not some intellectual, i dont know all of shakespeares works and i doubt i ever will but a thread on shakespeare before this one prompted me to browse around to remind myself of some of his work and take another look at his stuff. I find that some of his work loses my interest before the first paragraph is over , but some of it i read on, theres no law saying you have to like it, i there is a sort of ‘taboo’ bout shakespeare , to me shakespeare can be passionate, brave, romantic , sad, funny and yet some of it i sends me to sleep lol xx
