thing is its the way you read it , if u look beyond the words so to speak, i aint tryin to be clever or nowt , thing is what you like is what you like , me for instance i dunt like heavy metal music and no amount of anyone trying to get me to like it will shift me, different strokes for different folks and all that, shudnt be a big deal if yer dunt like it yer dunt like it , hardly the crime of the century so i wudnt fret bout it

thing is earlier this year i got a bill for £832 for the electrical i kicked off of course lol and they found because i had one of the meters with the dials different meter readers read it differently lol so they changed it, maybe its the same with the gas one too so going to ring them later to come check again , your quite right doa in my mind the bill is too high for what i am using but then again 50% rise does equate too grrrrrrrrrr

aha the plot thickens it seems that british gas doesnt bill per quarter in fact they bill for 11weeks and 3.33 days so it stops short of the 3rd month direct debit therefore making it look as if i should pay more if that makes sense?

thanks doa dunt have a dishwasher tho no need for one…….. but other tips good and will contact council and get me meter checked too

actually im not sure how they have worked out my monthly payments this bill my last quarter is for £66.42 which is not extortionate. because they take it over the year i suppose so will dig out my old gas bills and total it all up
