Its a made up word like “credit crunch” or “global warming” just sounds better than “we fecked up with your money”
This address has been ‘spoofed” and the mail does NOT originate from Microsoft but in fact originates in northern India from an IP address 122.163.247.127

They could at least agree to give back our banks charges we are all still waiting for as some sort of thank you for our money getting them out the cr4p. Personaly i dont think the gavernment hand outs will make any difference.
I cant get a NHS Dentist in East London been trying for two years now and a private one wants £280 to pull one out and its taken me 12 months to get a doctor and even then i have had to lie about where i live.
