Laine, nothing I have said on this thread has been abusive towards you. You started this thread and i can see why entirely, however, in doing so you open yourself up to others opinions who may or may not agree with you. You are not a stupid woman and with the exception of 1 female, none of the replies you have had have been from stupid people.
That their opinions differ from yours does not infact make them a ‘barrage of abuse’. It may feel that way when so many disagree with you, but it is infact only ‘re-course’, and advise and maybe if you listened more you would have enjoyed your experience in JC more. We have all been subjected to rudeness, gossip and abuse at one time or another and we, in the most part, have come thru it. This weeks news, next weeks chip paper.
Youve obviously had to deal with far more harrowing things in your life than falling out with people in a chat forum, so maybe you should just take it on the chin and try again or try another one :D
Or do as many others do, re-invent yourself and bite your lip more !!laney, you are correct it is not about you so all your self praise is wasted.

Get to know her ? people in Jc knew everything about her, from having Fillet steak for tea to when she had her last sh!t !! All curtesy of HER !!!

Why did some ‘low life’ say you had VD ? Oh yes, because you told the whole room your ex husband slept his way around the world and you had to go get checked out incase he passed on something nasty to you. Say no more on that one ….. I rest my case !!
Do i work 12 hour days ? how do you know i dont ? I , unlike you, don’t think its odd for people to work long days, surely people on shifts, police, doctors etc are on call ? or is it just you ? Nobody elses parents have died ? Just you ?? No other single mothers that have brought children up whilst juggling 1 or 2 jobs ? just you ? Everyone gets touched by cancer either to themselves or family or friends, just you ? No one else had to struggle through probate ? just you ? In the long run nobody else has ever suffered tragedy or struggled through life…. Just YOU !!!All the things you have described are whats known as ‘Life’, yes some have it tougher than others and plenty of people struggle through it, or is it only You ????
The point is you dont know if i work 14 hour days have 6 kids and only 1 leg. I dont feel the need to praise myself constantly to others.
All you have just managed to do was bragg about everything else you feel you should be praised for !!! Even more ME !!!!God give it a rest !!
