Hahahaha I got Twin girls, 19 next month. I remember when they started school. They run in, never even looked back or said goodbye, nothing. I walked all the way to the bus stop crying :roll:
Got to the house, couldnt stand it, the house was wayyyyy to quiet, got the bus to the job centre and got a job, couldnt hack the quiet house
All I remember of my first day at school was sitting on chairs in a big circle, the other kids started school before me, I was ill and couldn’t start at the same time. The teacher asked if someone would like to be my friend and show me where everything was and a girl called Karen put her hand up. We are still friends now some 35 years later.
Wish I was in Wales now actually, her husband is dying and I would like to be there for her like she has been there for me :(
