Suffered for years with my wisdom tooth shazza (top one). Rubbing clove oil (about £2 a bottle from boots) really does help. I remember on my wedding day it started to act itself and I ws panicing as we were flying out on honeymoon the next day and I was worried it would spoil holiday. Only thing Boots would give me was clove oil and it was a godsend, didn’t take it away completely but did help.
Finally got it took out about 5 month ago. I wanted to be knocked out but for a different medical condition they couldn’t do it. So I had lots of gas and air 8) and had me ipod on. It took about 15 seconds start to finish and no pain afterwards. Can’t believe I suffered for so long.
Hope it doesn’t cause you too much jip before you can get it sorted xx
