I’ve done a bit of reading about how the polls work … mainly because I meet A LOT of people and I don’t know anyone who has been asked their opinion by a pollster. So, a lot of the poll results that get churned out are online polls with incentives built in to take part. The vast majority of people who do online polls fall into, for the main part, 2 categories , retired people and under 24’s, read into it what you will, my thinking is the younguns are on I pads, laptops, phones, most of the day, retired people have more time , so the young want to remain so they can pull on a back pack and slum round Europe for a year with less hassle lol. Haha but can’t be arsed to get off their social media platform and walk to a polling station, not all under 24s obviously.
The vast majority of polls are done by companies who do / sell computer analytics based on marketing , how can data about who buys what from what shop tell them how people will vote ??? So if the data shows you buy salmon and avocado a lot your placed in the remain slot ?!! There’s hardly anyone actually asking mr or mrs 45, at work all day what they think , in person face to face, no exit polls obviously. Allister Campbell did a phone in radio interview and every single caller told him he talked non sense and made valid points he could not answer, to the point where the host asked for remain voters to call in ! Don’t know if they did as I had to leave it there. Is this why the polls consistently get it wrong ?
Polls don’t even do a good job at capturing the oppinions of young people though.
If they did, then the polls showing a landslide remain victory would have been true.

A Transvestite is just a dated term for ” cross-dresser ” about 85% are straight men, who like to dress as a woman for sexual and possibly emotional reasons. Transgender and transexual are also different descriptions.
Specifically a transexual person whats to change their body, and a transgender person only wants social recognition.

This is actually false.
The Sexual Offences Act 2003 defines rape as:
“A person (A) commits an offence if— (a)he intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (B) with his penis, (b)B does not consent to the penetration, and c)A does not reasonably believe that B consents.”
This clearly states that rape is only applicable for forced penitration with a penis, specifically by someone with a male identity.
A trans woman should not be allowed to take part in female sports they are taking hormones this is just an unfair advantage on the competitor. Taking testosterone does boost strenth. . How is it ok for one person to use testosterone enhancers and the other only uses her hard work and practice? Testosterone hormone should be classified as a performance enhancing drug whether doctor prescribed or not. I’m all for transgender rights. But there are circumstances with it gets difficult to determine what’s right.
Using testosterone levels as a critera has a lot of problems, mainly that it would allow men with naturally low testosterone levels to compete in women’s sports. This clearly isn’t what a critera should allow.
Should transpeople have their own sports leagues???
The on;y workable solution is to make sports gender neutral, although this would mean that women would hardly ever compete in the highest levels.
I read that IP numbers can no longer give anybody an individual identity. Nobody can check you out using them.
I don’t know how that is revent to transgender issues.
But IP addresses can be used get your home address and direct access to your computer or phone.

I just said that it was unlikely that a referendum would be held in the short run, and that nothing can be ruled out because the situation is so volatile at the moment.

Drac, you make lots of little points on posts which discourage answers because the detail required to answer them doesn’t seem worth the candle when you will just make a hundred other little points and quibbles against any detailed answer, requiring further detailed answers which will lead you to make many more little points and quibbles which require further
