Interestingly though while I looked, Germany deals with paedophilia in a far more grown up manner than the “burn them at the stake” British, their system provides support and “treatment” to paedophiles well before any actual offense is committed and apparently is quite successful in cutting offending rates.
You can’t ‘treat’ paedophiles anymore than you can ‘treat’ homosexuals.

That’s right, I wondered why forced penetration of the vagina completely bypassed your initial definition of rape in that sentence.
The most important words in the definition of rape are “he intentionally penetrates“, followed by “with his penis“.
This is a deliberately poorly written law designed to protect criminals belonging to a protected class of people.
I find it interesting how you “forgot” to add vagina. Very telling.

I was defining the outer bounds of what the law covers, vaginal penitration is the most common form that every is probably aware of.
