that march was 2 million strong – it dwarfed the Chump inaugural ceremonies. Great! The protest in Chicago was so big that the organisers had to give up the march part of the event. In Washington, there were so many people that the overflow just swamped the downtown areas.
I don’t understand why people care about the size of Trump’s crowd size. D.C. voted 92% Clinton, and it was raining. So it would be expected that not many people there wanted to attend.
The violence you showed was of a small group of anarchists breaking windows during the Friday inaugural. It was a very tiny part of the protests generally.
That was more of a joke than a serious point, but its interesting that you don’t refer to them as communists, which they were.
You rely too much on the smear tactics of Chump’s pals at Breitbart, drac. These tactics have a long tradition in US right-wing paranoia – look at Joe McCarthy, whose supporters doctored photographs to show that their opponents were secret Communists (one of them claimed that President Eisenhower was the top KGB agen in the USA!). These nut tactics are not uncommon in America, which has a paranoid strain it its political makeup. They don’t go down well with most Brits – we’re too phlegmatic. So far, anyway.
I don’t see how pointing out that the organiser of the Washington protests said recently that “Saudi Arabia is a good example of women’s rights, and that it puts the US to shame” is a paranoid thing to do.

er, no. In numerical terms, Chump lost. He won the election constitutionally, but not democratically. In terms of numbers, he was defeated by 3 million votes. But he got in constitutionally, and that’s why people were protesting rather than taking him to court.
Hillary got more votes than Obama in the 2012 primaries, but that isn’t how US politics works.
Elizabeth Warren is my favourite to be the next president. Let’s hope there won’t be too many people hurt in the interim.
I like Ron Paul, but I very much doubt he will run. But it will probably be a 2nd term for Trump I believe.

The Guardian is reporting that Israel have announced plans to build 600 new settlement homes in occupied east Jerusalem. Under illegal settlement supporting Trump, this is where the world becomes a far more dangerous place, fueling extremism in the region and no doubt here in Europe. Ultimately, all fueled by illegal Israeli settlements.
Israel’s government is in the wrong here, but i’m not sure how it’s relevant to US political protests. But it’s not like Palestine is innocent either.
And the Linda Motivator photos are silly but hardly jihadi. I notice you said she was implying sharia law in the USA; not advocating it. Implying! If she were a jihadi, Chump would be trumpeting it everywhere.
It wouldn’t be very effective propaganda if it was so obvious.

The very day after Chump was sworn in, a huge number of people turned up to protest. That must be a first. The aerial photos were very impressive.
Not a huge enough number to win the election though, they lost.
What was good about it was that people are starting to fight back against the authoritarian Right.
The left was in power for 8 years, why would be people be protesting the right?

If you believe that then you are more delusional than I thought. I guess the CIA wasn’t lying when they said Sadam had WMDs either. There is no evidence, at all, that Russia did anything during the election.

You are not even aware there are different versions of sharia law, being the expert you are, that surprises me.
Maybe you should tell the islamists that then.
You hide behind the veil of womens rights while totally ignoring the suppression of women on your own doorstop, by your own society.
I have never personally been suppressed by our society, infact women have more rights than men in most areas of the law.
