Jermaine was sitting on his bed talking to shilpa who was sitting on the floor, jermaine was whispering the reason why he felt “the odd one out” amognst the majority white tribe (as if he didn’t know that would be the case going into it…) and that when he saw shilpa come in through the door, he felt better because then he was not the only one “of colour”.
Its a classic guilty attack on the white majority of us, whereas they have the black power white liberals on the outside to do this for them, they have to do it themselves in the BB house, and they’ve been given the belief that its normal and fair.
A classic guilt respondent was Jackiey, talking about shilpa, “i like india” she said, trying to make people believe she wasn’t “racist” (when she hadn’t said or behaved in any racist way in any way shape or form, just because she doesn’t now like shilpa, except she fancies her because Jackiey’s a lesbian. Being a white lesbian isnt good enough, you’ve got to beg for people to believe your not a white “racist”.
Poor Jackiey was told to leave the house without shoes on her feet and without being able to say goodbye.
Jack spoke today, briefly. Caroline has become slightly less controlling. Made me laugh, she was talking to someone, and expressed that she was less like that now, but the other person looked away as if, no you aint, your no different…
Leo was talking to Dirk saying something about himself but Dirk was looking away and didnt agree with him.
The BB psycologists must be on overtime. Its a real shame Jackiey wasn’t in there to normalise the celebrities, fun. I think they should put her back in for one day a week.
I think Dirk will win.

example.. flowing game, then an innicdent happens, they all stop and wait… sky tv decide to put an advert in while we wait, the decision does’nt prove to be conclusive, we then have 7 mins of injury time, where a team scores in the last min, a manager then complains that we use the tv replays too much, and the game was better off without them
They tried that on planet idiocy…
Sky or any other tv company would NOT decide things, they would just provide the equipment or finance for it. The reason they would do so, is because this would make their “product” more interesting to the arm chair fan.
It would be down to the FOURTH official (the man who CURRENTLY holds up the electronic injury time board) to speak via a microphone and headset to the ref and NO ONE ELSE that he/she feels the ref made a bad decision, it is then down to the ref to make a decision whether the game should be stopped on the evidence provided by the fourth official.
Understand? Have you any problems with this?

you think television would fund cameras for every football league team?
92 teams? all being bought cameras by a tv company to enable this rule to come into play? No, at most you would only need 46 per weekend. Currently, all the premier league games are covered by several tv cameras. Most championship games have atleast 2 cameras, and all 3rd and 4th division games have atleast 1 camera, so it wouldn’t cost much to fund the rest.
The reason tv companies would pay it, is because fifa being the clever blaggers they are, know tv companies would benefit from this rule system.
Is it fairer to punish someone during the game, like sending them off for cheating, or after the game?

only the teams that can afford to have hudreds of multi angled cameras at their ground would benefit from it!
Hundreds?? TV would fund the cameras via the tv deals in the “professional” game.
sounds very lets keep the rich rich.
NO, it would help smaller clubs, because refs are biased to bigger supported clubs.
i just dont see how tv replays will make it better i seriously dont, the game is good as it is! instead of replays how about sorting out the players diving first?
Absolutely, so is it fairer to punish someone during the game, like sending them off for cheating, or after the game?
it would make the game become too slow, no momentum woujld be gained because teams wouldnt have time to build up any.
Scenario. Incident happens whereby the ref does not give a goal, play goes on. Within seconds, the 4th official sees the incident and tells the ref to stop the game, its a goal. Whats wrong with that?

football has been going for 100 years and more, it has survived pretty well so far without it, why have it now, its just another call out to take the game more commercial, leave it as a sport, don’t pish about with it
You like it the way it is, but football didnt start out with referees…humans who were involved in the game (like fifa) decided to change the way it was officiated to make the game run better, tv replays would do the same.
Give me an example of the 4th official spoiling the game?
How the hell the game could become more commercial giving refs more help, and considering the globalisation high standards its at now, wont make the slightest difference.

to say they arent allowed to endorse things would mean that on match of the day they would have to blur out all the billboards around the pitches and on the teams shirts.
My point about this is, that some people who work at the BBC get gifts, commercial gifts after intentionally advertising certain products, as expressed by the recently departed and former Talksport and BBC radio presenter Mike Dickin, and many others that ive heard say it. They dont always mention e.on when referring to the fa cup, but do make a point of it when they have our attention, when someone is looking bang at the camera.
We are forced to buy a tv licence if we own a tv or video, the least we deserve is that we are not told of commercial products when it isnt necessary. It is never necessary for the BBC to tell us the fa cup is sponsered by e.on.

8 January, 2007 at 9:51 pm #255419But you “think its negative to ommit details of things if someone pays for the rights to something when spoken about professionally it should be refferred to as that”.
You care enough to say you think its negative, but it dont annoy you…
8 January, 2007 at 2:08 pm #250717Because humans make errors, refs, players and managers can and do contribute to a team suffering. Managers and players are constantly trying new things to improve their human errors, but we just let refs get on with it, pretending they cant be helped, madness.
WHY shouldn’t we help them??????????????????
