I love lying here in the dark listening to the branches scratching at the window..gale induced phantoms with tormenting twiggy fingers..
..and the little girl in the photograph..skinny legs..ribbon askew in her hair..I’m glad she didn’t know what was coming..I love her too..she grew into me..poor bit.ch..
