  • Given that being in a wheelchair or mobility scooter renders a person either invisible or fodder for the patronising brigade D.O.A. it would seem highly unlikely that anyone would actually CHOOSE a mobility scooter over another mode of transport as a matter of preference, unless disabled.

  • Cas, that was a dreadful thing to happen to your poor mum, I’m only too aware of how serious these injuries are..particularly to a woman of your mum’s age. And I don’t find it a matter for levity. So I wish your mother all the very best in getting over the trauma and in having her broken bones healed. I also wish you good luck in tracking down the culprit.
