And as ever..you’re missing the point, shortarse! Old age doesn’t mean life experience is less precious, or should be mocked. The general disregard for the elderly in this country, is shameful.
Matty has given HIS point of view about how HE would like HIS life to be. Who are you to tell him otherwise? He didn’t mock anybody and certainly never asked for you to dictate to him on the general disregard of the elderly. If anybody is missing the point I feel it is your good self.
And I know it has always been difficult for you to control that nagging Scottish temper of yours but do try and refrain from the personal insults in your replies. A woman of your advancing years should have a little more restraint don’t you think.

I used to be really heavily into Deacon Blue…. I went to see them live once in Rotterdam, full of anticipation. The lead singer turned out to be a reet tos*ser. All he kept going on about was the fact he could smoke a joint in public without getting arrested. He med it sound like he was doing summet special that nobody has done before not realizing that the Dutch ave been doing it for years and dont even think twice about it.
Their songs are still summet special though even if he aint.. 8)
