If you want to accept it at face value then well and good. Me? I’ve heard it all before.
So if a total stranger joins our community only yesterday and their one and only post is some bloody great saga like this – please don’t expect me to take it seriously will you?
What a dreadful load of rubbish this so-called complaint is. the person is quite clearly a malingerer who frequently takes time off work using a variety of different and implausible excuses and then expects to not only be paid for it but also promoted.
Having gone above their line manager’s head and challenged a decision they then expect all to be sweetness and light.
They should have been dismissed long ago and the employer is most generous for keeping on an employee who is obviously a trouble maker.
I’d like to claim to be the sexiest man alive – but unfortunately as I am dead …. I can’t.

However, as you have alleged that Emma’s conduct makes her a person whose actions are covered by the Mental Health Act 1983, and therefore she cannot be held legally responsible for those actions, I think that JustChat is quite safe from the threat of Proceedings.
After all her comments could be construed as the ramblings of a raving lunatic.
