Funny old things, computers!

I’ve just put the cd first in the boot order, and it’s allowing me to re install.

Strangley, if I boot it from the hd, it still doesn’t recognise it.

This has to be because I installed using a different pc.

Right then, an educated guess tells me this has everything to do with html.

I went to Pete’s site to get a general feel (oohh I say), and got one.

I’ve tried to cut & paste in the signature box on my profile, but paste doesn’t highlight.

I’m obviously doing that part wrong! Please tell me. :oops:

I’ve now got a problem initialising MCI.
It could be a problem of length? (ooeerr missus!).

Soulie, if you were to download an album, not that I do please understand,
it would probably be treated as one continous track, as opposed to 11 or 12 (or whatever).

The splitter will hopefully split the continous track into seperate tracks.

The best way to back up files, including all your piccies and music etc. is to buy an external hard drive.

A 120gb is only about £50, and the box another £20.

Just plug into a usb port, and start copying. (ok, a bit more to it, but the wizzard takes you through)

You don’t need to put windows on it.

No big piles of cd’s to be seen, just a neat looking silver box on your desk.
