Depends – it is unlikely that a bricklayer would be employed on the strength of his strong family values, or if a bricklayer has access to ultra top secret information (disclosure of which would cause grave damage to the nation) or if a bricklayer would be expected to stand in for the PM during his absence representing and making decisions on behalf of the entire country. This is NOT an ordinary set of circumstances so just because some people think it’s okay for married bricklayers to shag their secretary, it doesn’t necessarily follow that Prescott can.
