And no it isn’t a silly concept. Excluding someone on purpose is a form of bullying, it may not be obvious as it is more passive aggressive but it is still bullying.

Not that I am claiming to have been bullied you understand, just clarifying the point.

Does it matter what name he was using? I don’t often use the name jen jen in the room, there are a few of us who have different names for chatting to our board names.
