Parachutes – the suicide album! It’s never really happened for Coldplay, not in the way that was expected anyway. Just one of those things I suppose, look at Franz Ferdinand – their second album was a bit of a let down.

That’s actually the only Radiohead song I know, hence why I’m still alive. A mate of mine said the same about Coldplay ‘Some of it is good, some of it makes you want to get a bread knife and slit your wrists’

I tend to keep my distance from him now…

She is pretty good, but that’s why I don’t see why there’s such a big hoo-hah about her singing ability. Loads of people are pretty good – many are better – yet they don’t seem to attract the same praise. Then again, they’re not coked up to the eyeballs and putting themselves on display for the national press.

Agree with PB here, mainly about the first point made about the person who contacted them. I’m guessing here, but it’s probable that there was more than just this one person in the area at the time so logistically, several people could have been standing about doing sweet FA then pointing the finger at others.
