No, I didn’t say that. My point was about those who just take it at face value on the basis of one or two photographs. But to answer your question, no I don’t think they’re liars – I think they’re doing their bit to keep the fantasists happy & the theories alive.

No, but I do find the whole concept laughable if that’s the same thing.
I am surprised, folk actually believe in something that has no actual proof of existence besides some theories. They look at a few pictures as see that as conclusive proof that aliens from the planet Zong are flying around in spaceships. Nobody in their right mind believes in UFO’s, that’s for 12 year old kids who watch X Files too much.
Personally, I never thought I’d see Rangers in a European final so regardless of the result I’m a happy man.
They’re really in a lose-lose situation. Damned if they do and damned if they don’t. I see nothing wrong with doing what you have to do to win and not every team plays like that so I don’t think Rangers will cancel football worldwide by playing defensively and to their strengths. ‘If’ wishes were fishes I could feed the world.
Ricksen doesn’t like it, Messi doesn’t like it, I’m not a big fan of it myself but if that’s what’s required then it’s good enough for me. Win or lose tonight, it’s already a good result.
