Last few days…………cancer

To think I used to fancy David Soul…………come to think of it as a teenager I fancied everyone…even Kevin Keegan with his perm!!

Slimming world syn free chicken & rice soup.

6 carrots( 3 grated,3 chopped)

2 chicken breasts

pkt chicken savoury rice or super noodles

1 leek

3 chicken stock cubes

salt & pepper

put all in the pot  , add water to cover all ingredients till about 2 inches below the lid

cook on full power, shred the chicken and return to pot
