Dont say I never warned you!……think on. :roll:You’re sounding a little bit mad there. Maybe you’ve been going to church too often. If something bad happens then something bad happens, I’ve had more than my fair share of it anyway. Even to people who do go to church and pray etc on a regular basis so explain that to me without backtracking.
A little bit mad is it?….from what I’ve seen thus far I would have thought that a degree of madness would be a prerequisite for Just Chat membership.
I would also point out to those that have apparently missed it, that I dont actually advocate or encourage religious belief, I dont attend church myself or necessarily believe in any divine deity, I was merely pointing out the double standards of those who do, albeit infrequently, use the church for whatever purpose, and then take the p*ss out of those who do attend / believe.
I’m sorry about your ‘ fair share of troubles ‘……sh*t happens, as you say, whether you believe in a god or not.15 October, 2007 at 12:01 pm #291050@drivel wrote:
I think – all he is trying to point out – and he is quite correct : is that the breakdown of the family unit has lead to the mess that today’s society is in
Well said – although the people with the loudest voices – the gay rights / equal rights / human rights etc etc will diss his comments – whilst the silent majority probably agree with him
Well said drivel, in my opinion the current breakdown in moral values is directly attributable to the penchant for the lower classes to shack up willy nilly without a f**in care in the world for their poor bloody offspring whose going to be ostracized by their peers for not having a proper Mummy an Daddy…..its a national disgrace the way things are goin here, I’m almost ashamed to be british .
