the bacteria do build a resistance to antibiotics. The ones that don’t get wiped out get stronger and resist the effects of the antibiotic. They adapt in other words. Clever wee things bacteria.

I think its a good idea. It seems to be fairly successfel at attracting people into areas that have such a difficult time getting positions filled in the key professions. The other idea would be for the government to just pay teachers, nurses, policemen and firemen more money! Now there is an interesting concept.
