So they all just pick their huts up and move to where the water is then. So all the people from villages from miles and miles around, all must move to where the water is. And when they get there they find a place to put their huts, and then they all live happily ever after in what can now be termed a refugee camp or a ghetto!
Yep, excellent idea.. wonder why nobody ever thought of that one?
 all civilisations need water, food and shelter as a starting point.
It’s not rocket science. They obviously used to have water and food and shelter… in their own villages. The water supply may have dried out or become contaminated, but, the village is still their home, and so they don’t want to leave it. At some point the water source will return nearer to their villages and their lives will go on as normal.
The next time we have a drought in this country, and we have to walk to a stand pipe to get our allowances of water, and say the stand pipe just happens to be 3 miles away – why don’t we all move to where the stand pipe is? And if people are already living there… why don’t we all just camp in their front gardens!

Not just fuel
Virtually ALL of Europes gas supply from Russia travels through Georgia- just when you thought it couldnt get any worse
I thought it came through the Ukraine?
Georgia and Russia had an uneasy truce under the old Soviet banner, but…. traditionally have been sworn enemies. Seems to me they both want the same bit of land. Its the old.. hands off its mine.. no its mine….. let go of it you nasty bully, make me you rotter – Ok I will….. scenario.
