Dunno if he receives benefits for his “disability” but it does make you wonder.

But some disabilities are not physical – a friend’s young daughter had eye problems which meant she was disabled so they got mobility and benefits for her.

Maybe this guy is the same but why have the disabled parking bay if his disability is not physical?

PS . Come to think of it , it may well be them that have been stting in my rocking chair ,although, i heard that sometimes Cath uses it in the evenings when she is really tired. :-k
