Fruit and Vegetables are very important to a healthy diet, of course, dunno about the actual numbers though. I suppose 5 a day would be an approximate number to be adjusted accordingly.
More importantly, in order to determine whether a diet was a healthy one would be by looking at the other categories of food eaten I.e. The Fat, salt and sugar content.
In addition not smoking, only drinking alcohol to moderate amounts,and keeping a healthy weight are all vital to health.
So, is it the fruit and veg that make people healthier, or are people who eat better also more likely to have healthier lifestyles…..
I am extremely grateful to JC for a myriad of reasons.
But as Tinks says, it was a bit better before, when we all had scurvy, and everything was in black + white and you had to chose a room. Hell you could choose 3 rooms and chat simultaneously to different people.
Who then sussed out what you were doing and did the same thing back. My rapidly failing memory tells me that was when the real fun started.
