I felt isolated, alone in the universe, completely misunderstood. My constipated cat could have done something better on a rainy tuesday. But these people looked at me with sad, pitying eyes. I thought about shagging, and food, in that order. Neither helped remove that feeling of complete disorientation. So I looked again.

All of a sudden the line seemed to grow beyond the canvas, it grew and grew to limitless proportions; it seemed to encompass the whole universe and stand for what is real, what is permanent, like a hidden truth revealed to those who hold a modicum of faith in their hearts. I felt privy to something known since the beginning of creation’s relentless march.
