No one appointed me to anything Zaxx- its jus my luck the missus is at work n the bairn is asleep, n I wanna listen to Eels on me PC whilst surfin’ so u got my answer soonest
Unless of course you are posting for the purposes of observation only and not to illicit a response…if so, I’ll go and annoy someone else
26 May, 2007 at 8:02 pm #271681So, we’re all slaves to the grind with ungrateful children and we are all incompetent with money as we splash out on materialistic items we dont need. Multi national money lenders lure those with no will power into a never ending cycle or debt?
Got a bit lost on paying a bit more for something which is higher quality to save money in the long run n then telling me to buy a Ford n not a german car (like a VW?)- not sure they are exactly compatible- I’d say buying a quality german car over a ford is a much better way of spending money?
Anyway, thanks for the lecture

‘At worst we were naive’ said the parents in a newspaper interview ‘But we are good parents’
Naive? Try stupid, careless or irresponsible and insert the word ‘extremely’ in front of either or all.
Exactly. Well said.
I,m sick to death of seeing pictures of them two, wandering around, meeting people, shaking hands, kissing everyone and being treated like effing royalty. I want to know where the tears are. Anyone seen any pics of them looking in the least bit upset? Because I havn,t. Not one.:?
One minute this thread is about the mass media intrusion and invasion of this incident….and then someone complains about not seeing the right sort of photo!
I sincerely hope (and dont even begin to get supercilious on me and say it wouldnt happen) you never ever find yourself in the same situation and be judged because you havent got the right facial expression or the right “manner” for someone who has had a child abducted.
I couldnt give a flying fig if this entire media circus with the parents is played out to the extreme…why? cos I wouldnt wish to be in their shoes for all the gold and silver in the world and if they wanna play it this way n u dont wanna watch or rwad about it…simple, use your little finger n turn the Tv over n dont buy a newspaper for a while.

I think the objection here is a bit more relevant than who gets to clean the toilets and who doesnt tho
Ooh, its much more relevant than that- I look after your health

People are losing their lives here for whats supposed to be a just cause and this sends out the message that although its a just enough cause for peasanty oinks to be used as cannon fodder on our own mini vietnam for queen and country its not ok for someone whos only separating factor was winning the birth lottery to go
The only message it sends is the military command are short sighted and incompetent- Harry wishes to go, the army (finally) say “no”. N unless I’m very much mistaken, the peasantry “oinks” have freedom of choice to join any armed force as this country does not have conscription hence its their choice to be “cannon fodder” (show me one war in recent British history where there hasnt been the occasion for the army to be cannon fodder, thats what happens in war)
N as for targets- more British civilians were killed in 2005 than British soldiers killed in Iraq. You’re a target every time you leave your house, travel on a bus, train, plane or tube.
Harry wants to go, the army say no. Like I said, end of story really.

why can we not welcome them in? i don’t understand how selfish we can be as a country
we go abroad and we expect the spanish to speak english, we expect to find english beer in a greek bar, we expect to find an english breakfast in a italian cafe
yet as soon as somone comes to our country, we expect them to speak english and we expect them to follow our rules
Not everyone who goes abroad expects them to speak English etc. Whats the point going abroad if all you wana do is what you do here anyway…
We have a kind of democracy in England, whereby we vote to hopefully set out a comfortable rule system to live by. We also have a way of live here, so for nationality and social aliens to come here and change it undemocraticly is wrong.
Maybe we should divide the country into 2, those who like the traditional English/british way of life can live on one side, and those that love mass multiculturalism on the other.
Which would you choose Matty? Slavery slayer would choose mass multiculturalism :D
Emma hun, you are my sunshine in an abyss of misery
Funny how you never quite manage to explain traditional “British” culture but always harp on about keeping it,
What we could do is find a small island for you and your followers, and give you your own little piece of England to live in..but then you’d have no one to moan about so you’d fall out amongst yourselves.
I chose the British way of life every time….but my view of the British way of life is very different to yours

Well for years we’ve had a primeminister who doesnt do anything good for the country, a deputy PM who just literally doesnt do anything except paid, a royalty that are the ultimate dole scroungers, muslim police officers that choose what they do and dont want to do and hoards of MP’s you never see or hear of until they want to be re-elected
So I suppose having soldiers that wont fight just sorta tops it all off nicely lol
It must be great to have such a positive outlook on life :D
I really cannot see what the fuss is about. Harry joins the army, army say “no, you cant go”, army is his boss so what army say, “happens”.
The fact that he wants to go is an irrelevance. I want to do several things in my job, which Im paid to do, n my boss says “no”. Doesnt bother me, I’ll just get paid lots and lots of money for doing less.

With an open door immigrating system, whereby tens of millions could arrive daily, Alan Johnson Labour education secretary last night said on Question Time, “its about having enough social housing to fullfill the need”.
EXplain the Labour policy on immigration, including the rules which govern immigration- and then explain how logistically “tens of millions” can arrive her daily?
I can smell it in the air again…pig?…..sheep?…..nope, its bullsh/it

It is part of our lives, that we have the freedom to walk in the countryside, to breathe fresh air, yes, but Labour wana turn this country into an industrial housing estate.
Tell me where you can’t walk in the fresh open countryside and breath the air BECAUSE of immigration
Labour dont know how to say no to immigration.[/quote]
As usual Emma, you inane extreme ravings actually do the problem a disservice. Learn from the BNP, aim to become mainstream and moderate and see how much more popular your ideas become.
The BNP, the next new Tory party
23 May, 2007 at 9:24 pm #271395Sorry Zaxx but that point may have been lost
In fact I stopped reading after you used extreme soundbites (please post me a link where I can read about a burglar who has not been prosecuted because he has refused his dna to be taken and has sued his victim for his injury- fact is Zaxx, its urban myth and not reality)
The difference between moral principles and punishment is another subject altogether- the anamoly in religious teaching between forgiveness and “an eye for an eye” is both startling and profound and does not take into account the society in which we live.
I agree we can set standards each and every one of us which over generations, if they become “standard”, will hence become second nature however to suggest that punishment does not in any way improve ourselves as people and forgiveness is the only option we should pursue appears both blinkered and naive
23 May, 2007 at 9:17 pm #271011U cant beat your meat when its hot n sour, can you
