whoever wins, wins.. good on them
i don’t understand why people get so violent over it.
“look he just kicked a ball into that net, let’s go beat those people over there up with the different coloured tops to us”
seems a bit stupid, really
reminds me of politics :P
i’m out in your city tommorow night, might see you about ;)
2 June, 2006 at 10:26 pm #222179you can now download the spreadsheet from here
http://www.savefile.com/files/8588955 (hope that works)
click between tabs at the bottom of the page
However, I used the new version of excel 2007 which means some of the features might not work, or look right, i have no way of testing it against other versions of excel at the moment
if you choose to enable the macros’s and trust me, there are two of them, one to sort the table on the world cup screen, and another on the jc standings screen
i can’t take credit for it all, as the first page was mostly a design of which i downloaded from the net, really just to save me time more then anything, i just added my own bits to what i needed and combined it to make it all work right.. its not really been tested so there are probably lots of bugs in it, and things that won’t work or calculate properly, so give it a good test, and let me know of any bugs or mis calculations you come across, and i’ll sort them out ready for next friday
2 June, 2006 at 7:54 am #222177its all in a spreadsheet i am currently working on, it also includes a world cup chart so you can keep track of whats happening at the same time of group games, like a wall chart, except it does the calculations and works out who is playing who all by itself, i’ll make it avalible to download so everyone can keep track of the scores

31 May, 2006 at 8:29 am #222170of course they do, but you don’t get to decide which teams are from the top ranked pool and which teams are not
i don’t think i made the rules very clear :)
you selection can only contain one of the top ranked teams.. all the top rank teams are the teams that were given a seeding..
you need to choose
choice 1 _________ a top ranked team
choice 2 _________ a rank 2 team
choice 3 _________ a rank 3 team
choice 4 _________ a rank 4 teamthe pools
